Getting Started with Xindus: A Guide to Agreement Signing & Onboarding

Welcome to Xindus! This guide will walk you through the essential steps of completing your agreement and the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and quick start to your international shipping journey.

Step 1: Account Registration & Initial Business Details 📝

The first part of your journey involves setting up your Xindus account. You'll need to provide basic business information and verify key details to ensure compliance and a secure platform experience

  • Provide KYC and Business Details: You will be prompted to enter your personal and business details. This includes essential information for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

  • GST and IEC Verification: An important part of the process is the verification of your Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Import-Export Code (IEC). This step ensures that your business is eligible for cross-border trade.
Step 2: E-Signing the Service Agreement ✍️

Once your business details are verified, you will proceed to the digital signing of the Xindus service agreement. This is a crucial step that legally binds you to the terms of service.

  • Review the Agreement: Carefully read the Xindus Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The agreement outlines the conditions of service, your responsibilities, and Xindus's commitments to you.

  • Digital Signature: The agreement will be e-signed using an Aadhaar OTP (One-Time Password) for a secure and legally valid electronic signature. This method simplifies the process and eliminates the need for physical paperwork

Step 3: Completing Onboarding & Setting Up Your Account

After the agreement is signed, you're almost ready to go! The final steps involve a few more setups mentioned in Part-2.
